Serves 4
Ingredients
2 large Mangoes
55g Icing Sugar
¼ tsp hot Chilli Powder
Vanilla Ice Cream, to serve.
- Preheat the Grill to medium high.
- Sieve the sugar and chilli powder together and mix thoroughly.
- Place under the grill, until the sugar caramelises and turns golden brown – this will take 5-10 minutes.
Remove from the grill and allow to cool for about 5 minutes.
- Serve on plates, removing the flesh from skin and spooning over any of the sugary juices that are left. Top with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream.
