Our aim is to provide mouth-watering recipe suggestions together with a costing structure and common GP illustrations; demonstrating that adding Mango to the menu will not only delight your diners, but, make a profitable contribution to the restaurant balance sheet.

We are grateful to Bob Brown of Westminster Kingsway College, for his exciting contribution. Bob has agreed to work with the Association, adding further recipes in the future.

The Mango Association is grateful also, for contributions from one of Britain’s best known and loved chefs’ Phil Vickery, who, from time to time, will feature on these pages.

If you are willing to share this with other chefs on theses pages and can provide a cost structure and photo’s of the prepared dish we will publish it on this site with credits given to the originator.
